Heading to Washington and Oregon soon

Do they have passports so when that law goes into effect they will still be able to make the trip?

It’s supposed to be 103 on Saturday - maybe a dinner cruise on Lake Coeur d’Alene would be the best thing!

Oops - just looked and they don’t do the dinner cruise on Saturday.

They do have several restaurants at the CdA Resort - Beverly’s sounds nice.

In Newport, another place to visit is the Hatfield Marine Science Center on the south side of the bay, not too far from the Aquarium. They have some nice displays featuring cutting edge stuff - such as hot spots and cold seeps. I actually find this more enjoyable than the Aquarium which is rather tourist trappy.

South of Newport a few miles on 101 near Seal Rock is a great sushi restaurant.

Fresh from the aquarium.
