Harp duh moment

So- maybe it’s because I never had a lever harp before but when I was taking harp lessons, we only worked in naturals & sharps. My teacher never mentioned tuning the B strings to B-flat & then sharping them. I only just read about it on a kit-builder’s website- dohhhh! How many of you do this?

Yeah, but if you do that, how can you raise the B to a B#?
