I´m so kind to myself that I got me a Copeland Low D and a Sterling D for birthday-present ![]()
I have had them for a week now and wow… do I like them…
The Low D is much more easy to play than I would have thought, the stretch is a piece of cake ( I could play a low C with no problem I think) and reaches up into the 3rd octave. The Sterling D is (when I play it) good for 1 1/2 octave, then it gets LOUD!
The experience with my Low D has strengthen my confidence enough to get on the list for a McGee keyless flute ![]()
I will post HIGH QUALITY sound clips of my Copelands soon for those of you who are interested.
Soon my Abells will arrive (A and D) and it´s gonna be fun to feel and hear the difference between the Abell Blackwood D and Copeland Sterling D.
Viva la wind-instruments!
/Peter
