Happy Birthday Peter!

Sorry that I missed this…happy birthday to the guy who brightens many a thread with his spectacular photography, a day late! I hope that you had a wonderful day

Happy Birthday Peter. I hope someone gives you a good Generation.

(This is a joke).

Seriously, you’re a good reason to come here. Have a great day.

Thanks, you’re not actually late Iz. The 19th it is. The lads gave me the Seamus Ennis diaries. Which is a wonderful book but all in Irish. ‘We thought you’d like to have it anyway’.

HB again. If you hear of an English version of the diaries coming out please let us know. Otherwise, we will wait for your translation.

Happy birthday, Peter!

Happy Birthday Peter.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

–James

Oh good! I hate sending birthday wishes late. Birthdays are very important…at least to me

Happy Birthday

Welcome to the land of middle age. Does Ireland have an equivlent of AARP?

I thought that middle age was in your 40’s?

It was, when I was in my 30’s.

It’s a moving target, currently evaluates to “in your late 50’s”.

As I get older, doubtless middle age will too.

–James

Turning 50 does suck. Do your best, anyway…

Ah…that explains why I was thinking it was in your 40’s

Many Happy Returns, Peter! You’ve nearly caught up with me!

Hey, at least I’m ahead of you at something!

That floating middle-age thing has a drawback though… It seems unlikely that post 50 it won’t spring a leak.

Happy birthday, Peter.

Best wishes,
Jerry

Peter…
Congratz, on having completed fifty revolutions around our local star. That’s a lot of turns. (and some great photos)
The only time I ever threw a tantrum at an “age” was when I turned fifty. I remember being pissed off at the world, my life, and It All. In retrospect, it was very odd. I’m 62, now, and the passage of time is effortless… wheeeee… have a good time of it.

Have a great day Peter. At 50 you are a mere youngster. Keep having birthdays. The more you have the longer you live.

Ron

Yep! What Ron said.

Happy Birthday, kid!

Happy Birthday Peter! Half a century is nothing to scoff at.

Do something memorable, and if you can’t remember it…try to fake it at least.

Many happy returns, you old bugger. (Emphasis on “old”.)

Happy birthday Peter!

I’m right behind you.

I turn 30 tomorrow… :sniffle:
