this is the final call on my lovely delrin Hammy flute, superb player and in lovely condition cased, I know its been up a few times, I did sell it last time and bought it back a few months later, buyer needed the cash and a deal on a keyed Hammy had gone quiet, but touch wood I have a 6 keyed blackwood Hammy on its way, I had played it last year in the summer when I was working in county Cork, the owner was planning on selling it before christmas and I had first dibs that fell through, but I have now aquired it.
so my delrin is up for grabs, Hammy makes the delrin to special order and charges more as they take longer to produce in delrin so the current new price as of the middle of last year
was 950 Euro or £ 822 or $1325.
I am looking in the region of 700 Euro or £600 so a big saving of 250 euros and no waiting period, and its a great flute, build quality is as Hammy blackwood models.
I have put possible trade, not sure what though, as I am currenty learning and having boehm flute lessons, one of the reasons I wanted a keyed Hammy as I also enjoy playing or trying to play other types of music, and did consider trading it for a good Boehm flute as my Sankyo is in need of some repairs, I am also open to whistle trades and some cash, but I would be after specific types of whistle one being delrin Abell.
