If you had to buy only one gouge to make reeds for
concert pitch pipes which one would it be?
I have a Seit 8 sweep that I use almost exclusively for both concert pitch and flat pitch reeds.
#9, 16mm (5/8") Incanel gouge
I have only made concert “D” reeds up to now.
