She plays The Rainy Day and The Merry Blacksmith, the same set she played so brilliantly on the Piper’s Rock album that was issued in the late 70s/early 80s. It’s rare to hear a piper with so much lift in their music.

Well, if you can make it to the Northeast Tionól in the Catskills again this October, you can bask in her music for an entire weekend! She’ll be one of the instructors this year…I can’t wait. I’m working hard on the tunes she taught us in Toronto a few years ago so I don’t embarrass myself too much 
We also have the legendary Kathleen Collins teaching fiddle, not to mention a raft of other great musicians on the roster:
