Great Customer Service

As many of you know I recently sold all my Low Whistles to venture into piping. Getting adjusted to the setup and then making the determination to stay a right handed player has been very frustrating especially from a person like myself you can usually pick up any instrument and start playing. But the pipe experience has beat all and its frustrating.

So I contacted Seth Hamon the maker of my pipes and it was simply a wonderful experience. He was very insightful, encouraging and an all around nice person to speak with. As a customer its nice to know that the relationship doesn’t end with the exchange of money.

I am not giving up on the pipes , but if I end up selling the set it won’t be because of the product or customer service, but because I just wasn’t meant to pipe.

Thanks so much Seth!

would not give up in the first 6 months. certain things just take that long. being able to hit a consistent low D, back D, and the E in the 2 octaves as well as being able to play without leaking most of the time take at least 6 months. during this time, while i am not playing down your setup problems, the lack of experience is as least as important. hang in there.

I agree…I have given myself up to 1 year to get the basic functions down and to play at least 5 tunes. No giving up here…
