I remember a couple years ago some talk was going around about glass whistles…did anybody ever try to make one?
Hmm, tuning and voicing would be a bit problematic I should think… I mean to have something all glass and make them with any consistancy anyway.
Woud love to see it done though.

Yeah…then we could watch the condensation actually build up on the walls of the bore while we play before it gets to the point where it starts dripping out the end

I really like the Hall glass flutes…and I have a clear PVC pipe whistle made by some man who’s name I’ve forgotton. I shouldn’t have forgotten it, because it hasn’t even been 2 years, but uh…yeah.
I like watching the condensation build up in it. It’s cool.
