A relative of mine is GM of a country club in York, PA…about two hours east of Philadelphia.
He’s looking to book an uilleann piper for an Irish-themed golf tournament on March 19th. I tried to talk him into getting a highland piper (no mic’ing and let’s face it, the vast majority of people just don’t know the difference)…but God bless him he wants to try for the real thing first and use the GHB’s as a backup.
If you or someone you know might be interested I would very much appreciate a reply. Obviously he’ll want to hire an accomplished piper who is accustomed to gigging.
