Gaelic song on 'The Nephew"

I was wondering if anybody on here has seen the movie called “The Nephew” and if they can identify the song sung at the wake, led by Hill Harper who played Chad Egan Washington. If you are needing anymore actors to remember the film by, there was the late Donal McCann, Sinéad Cusack, Pierce Brosnan, Aislín McGuckin and one of my favourites, Jimmy Keogh. I think it was made in 1998. I recognized most of the song and was wondering if anybody knows the title or anything about it.
