Hi All,
I have a keyless Olwell Pratten (no. 1015) that I was thinking of swapping for a
keyless Olwell Nicholson.
I bought the Pratten last May (from Nick from Arran, who some of you know). Its an
excellent flute. However I use a pipers grip on my right hand and sometimes I
have trouble ensuring the holes are covered, so I’d like to get a Nicholson instead.
I’m looking for a Nicholson with a 2 piece body, preferably a more recent one
(1000+ serial no)
If anyone might be interested in this then I can provide pictures and, hopefully,
some reassurances that I’m a trustworthy person and its safe to send me your
prized Olwell flute (and I’d expect the same from you 
)
I’ll be at the Cruinniu na bhFliuit meeting in Ballyvourney in a few weeks time, and
will bring the Pratten with me for anyone wants to try it.
