2 came from Colin Goldie with his whistles. They will fit a whistle up to about 17" long, an F whistle if I am not mistaken. $18 plus shipping new from Colin. I will sell them for $15 each including postage.
1 is not really a whistle case, but would make a fine and dandy one. It is a little less than 25" long and about 2" on a side (triangle). It is made of a high density plastic. Any reasonable offer would be considered. Shipping to be added to price offerred.
I made a couple of dijeridoo cases (soft) for my son at Christmas and have had requests from his friends to make more, but thought it was hardly worth the time and effort when they can be purchased so cheaply online. However, he says the attraction seems to be that they are one-of-kind, being made of whatever sturdy wildly colored fabric was on sale at my local fabric store and lined with equally odd fleece or fake fur, also on sale.
Maybe whistle cases of more unusual design or color would sell better.

I’m actually looking for a case to work for my keyless Blackwood flute, but these could work! (& heck, if I could fit at least one whistle in, too, that’d be cool.)
