It is painful for me to sell this instrument, which I recently bought. It is an excellent flute, but I can’t play it much due to my family claiming it is too loud for our apartment.
Flute comes with a cloth case, and includes the lip plate and wedge.

In general, musical instruments do make noise, and it’s sad to hear that you are somewhere which can’t support the noise.
Otherwise, I wish you good luck with the sale.
No doubt you have sold your Tipple already, and that’s too bad, because you can learn to play a flute quietly, and very easily if you try. You just need to focus your embouchure a little more, and don’t blow as hard, and it becomes a great instrument for apartments, believe me, I know!
So, if you really liked it, get another! Then learn to control it a little more, and you’ll be set. Then when the family is away, or your neighbors, go ahead and play louder. Or find another spot to play once in a while to be able to play at regular volume-which is pretty important if you want to play with others eventually.
I hope you don’t give up on the flute-it’s a really great instrument that will keep you entertained for a long time to come, and quietly too, if necessary!
