I have three genuine Bernard Overton whistles for sale. I bought these personally from Bernard and they are all marked Overton on the back with the “O” being larger and equally spaced to the rest of the letters. They each come with a black felt case. Those that know about these things will recognise these as proof that they are genuine Overtons and not made under license.
They are Low D, Low F and Low G. The former has a few marks around the mouthpiece but the others are virtually unplayed.
I am in North London. Please send SENSIBLE offers. You will have to collect or pay carriage and insurance. They are being sold to fund my new pipe purchase!
This is a rare opportunity to acquire these whistles which are, of course, impossible to buy new since Bernard’s regrettable death! I also have a high D from Bernard which I may be persuaded to part with. I am keeping my B natural 'cos that is my favoured pipe key!

Please let me make one thing clear: I was not in any way disparaging the work that Colin does, merely making the point that these are genuine Overtons (no signature in any of them).
Incidentally, if anyone is wondering about me as such a new member (I read the thread about not trusting new members selling whistles!), I was a member many years ago but got involved in other things. Uilliam has been a friend for about fifteen years and we travelled to Miltown together on a number of occasions. He can vouch for me!
