I ordered this box about a year ago, and received it a week ago, I had ordered before I started playing the B/C box. I’ve tried my hand at it for the past week, and I think I will just stick to the B/C layout for Irish music, so I’d like to part with this accordion. It’s just hard for me to learn another system as I just do not have the time, and I play a lot of other instruments. The accordion is made by Andre Bouchard of Quebec, and is of his own invention. Essentially it is your typical 1 row, 4 voice melodeon in D, only it has a half row that gives you a low G#, C, Eb, and a high G#. This allows you to play in other keys quite easily. It’s made out of walnut, and it tuned 5 cents wet… this is a great tuning for a 4 voice accordion. It feels a lot like a Cajun handmade box, and has that sort of sound too.
I paid $2,500 CAD, which was around $2,200 USD, I would hope to get somewhere around that given it’s brand new. If interested send me a pm.
