fs: 2 B. Overton Bass Whistles - All sold

Hi,

I am new to this Forum. I was directed by some music friends to sell my whistles to this board.

I will add one NEW susato whistle free for each whistle sold. If you buy one you can choose between a susato D or C along w/ your purchase.

These whistles are Bass whistles. They are non tunable. Most whistles naturally carry that metal quality in sound. But, these whistles are very close to flutes in sound quality. I am selling to offset the price for my coming D flute. Both whistles were really never played because my flute obsession quickly grew. There are no scratches or marks on these whistles as they were kept in there original cases. Both are in great condition and really beautiful sounding.

Since they are like new & never really played much I am selling them at a fair price. Bernard Overton made the Baritone C whistle. Selling this one for $140.00 (now reduced $25.00 from $165.00). This will really help with the upcoming Flute purchase.

Bernard Overton Baritone B flat. I will let this final Bass whistle go for $145.00 (also reduced $20.00). In perfect condition. Has a full deep tone. Was going to keep this as a momento but what the heck.

P.S. I believe there is a waiting list for these type whistles. If you are looking for a really great whistle w/out the wait & for a nice price then here is your chance.

Giving up whistles completely. Soon it will be time to join the Flute Forum where I can receive much advice on ornamentation & timing.

PM’S or E-mails only. I will ship ā€œOVERSEASā€ if needed!

Payment Method: Check or Money order, please . I do not have Paypal.

Thanks so much C&F!

Mezzo B-flat has since sold.

Thanks

B.O.

Hi,

Just to inform you that the Bass A has a new home. The baritone C is left & I added today the Baritone B flat above.

P.S. I really appreciate the support C&F.

I’m confused, what is left?

Hi Tommy,

Thank you

Hi,

All the whistle’s have sold  . Thanks for all your kind e-mails the past week.

Yeah, baby.

*big fat grin

Rats, nothing to be confused about now except my slowness.

Agh, sorry! I guess I am getting a bit of a bundle here (low low C, Bb, A). Let me know if you’re still interested… If one or the other doesn’t suit me, I’ll be happy to pass it on to you.

Is the baritone C a big or small bore?
