free Irish-themed books

I’m clearing out my book case and some I think some here may be interested in.

Three books that are vaguely related:

Edit–this one is gone. How The Irish Saved Civilization by Thomas Cahill, hardback with dust jacket ISBN 0385418485

Edit–this one is gone, now, too. Inventing Ireland, The Literature of the Modern Nation by Declan Kiberd, hardback ISBN 0674463633 (This book has over 700 pages and is very thick and heavy)

Selected Poems, W.B. Yeats hardback ISBN 051707396X

The first two are hardback, new with dustjackets. The last one is hardback with no dustjacket and used. The middle book alone costs $45 new on amazon, but these are free to whomever wants them. I ask that you NOT pay shipping because that’s not really free that way. I do ask the 48 states only.

Just PM me.

You’re giving away your Yeats? :astonished:

Nobody has wanted it so far. I’m giving away a lot of books (I decided that I have too many); these are just the ones I thought C&Fers might be interested in. :stuck_out_tongue:

edit–it is now gone, too

Words fail me.

The mind boggles..,

Slan,
D.

Yes, but his loss is my gain  And at least this way I know that it’s going to a good home!

No argument there…

Take your time with it though..
