FOR SALE DAVE COPLEY BLACKWOOD and ALBA Q1 HIGH D !

Hi everybody

I have a nice Dave Copley flute that I’d like to sell , it is a very nice flute made all in wood (blackwood) and it is slidless ! I’ve bought it directly from Mr. Copley about a year and half ago !
It is in perfect conditions , has been oiled carefully , I did the brack-in period and played few times after !
The reason I’m selling it is because I need money to buy another musical instrument !

The price would be 450 USD plus the money for the shipment !

I have also a very nice Alba Q1 High D , I’ve bought it last year from Big Whistle Shop , it is in more than perfect conditions , I would say perfectly new as I did play it only couple of times !
Perfect choice for somebody that likes a very quiet whistle !
I sell it because it is not the kind of whistle I like !

The price for the Alba Q1 High D would be 70 USD plus shipment’s expense !

Feel free to contact me by pm for any questions, thank’s !

Best regards

Manuel

Bump !

A couple of people had asked me if this was genuine considering that Manuel is located in China. I can verify that I did indeed sell the flute to him.

RE-BUMP !

I hope no one will flame me, but what is “bump” all about?

I’ve seen several posts with just the word “bump” in them.

Sorry if that’s a dumb question.

Manuel,

Can you post any pictures of the flute (and if possible, a sound file of you playing it)?

Would be nice to see it if possible.

Thanks!

As new threads are added to a forum such as the Flute Forum, older threads automatically go downwards on the list unless somebody adds to the content of the older thread, but when something is for sale, a shorthand way to send that thread back up to the top of the list where it can more readily be seen is to simply “bump” it.

Otherwise, the thread with the item for sale disappears off the bottom of the page.

Cork,

Thanks for the insight. Makes good sense.

Would never have figured that out on my own.

The Copley Flute did find a new home !

Thank you everyone for the interest ( thank’s also to Mr. Copley for his reply)and thank you Dale for giving us the opportunity of selling or buying musical instruments in this forum !

All the best

Manuel
