I’m selling a heavy duty ATA-style flight case that easily accomodates my half-set of Uilleann pipes. It is manufactured by the A&S Case Company in Hollywood, CA. Originally an alto saxophone case, I’ve modified it to fit the pipes. It is in used, but excellent condition.
This is the large case I had at Willie Week, if anyone happened to see me there.
Inside dimensions are 24.5"x9.5"x5", plus an additional 24.5"x9.5"x3" if the lid foam is removed.
Asking price is $200.00 plus UPS ground shipping.
Would consider trade for equivalent quality, but less heavy duty case. This one is overkill for what I need it for, hoping that someone who often has to check their instrument could use it with absolute confidence it would survive the airlines.
