I have a batch of flutes and whistles that I accumulated over the years when I was primarily a flutist. They include bamboo flutes from the Ali Akbar Khan School of Music, several very nice EarthTone bamboo flutes made by Stephen Ross on Kaua’i, several Lew Paxton Price PVC flutes and a very nice Lew Paxton Price red oak and mahogany transverse flute in the key of E. There are a number of whistles and a shakuhachi, among other items. I no longer use them and haven’t in years. After checking my receipts and memory, I estimate these cost me around $500 total.
