FLUTE SALE! PRICE REDUCED!

PM me if interested. I do not want to become a collector, and sheesh, I have amassed some stuff since I got a job. These need good homes, but I am trying to consolidate into stuff I can keep played.

SETH GALLAGHER, 6-key, ebony (sealed bore), Pratten style. D. Sterling slide and rings.
I bought this flute because I wanted to expand into keyed stuff. I also thought the keyed Olwell I had ordered would be a lot longer coming. So, I don’t need these two keyed beauties, but the Olwell’s a custom job . . . so there it is. The Bb key is operated by RH thumb, rather than with LH thumb. PERFECT for those who play with a piper’s grip. Asking $2200 including a Northwind case (claret lining).

PADDY WARD, keyless delrin Hawkes, also in D. Sterling trim/slide.
Sold.

Thanks for your interest!

Stuart

You can make offers on these things too, you know.

Potential pending sale on the Ward.

Stuart

I’ll give ya about tree fitty for the Gallagher

Dang. . . had I not just ordered and M&E I’d be all over the Ward.

Bad timing :frowning:

Ward IS now sold.

Come on, guys . . . an as-new Gallagher with a nice case! Zero wait!

Stuart

So what’s a Seth Gallagher flute like?

Doc

Incidently, I’ve bought stuff from Stu before…fine fellow.

His flutes are quite nice. It’s obvious that he’s an experienced craftsman. It’s on the smaller side for a Pratten, but the bore profile is not all that different from an Olwell Pratten. The walls are thinner, but the bore’s not all that different in size.

Ebony, unlined head. Nice sound!

Stuart

Brought the price down on the Gallagher.

Everything must go!

Stuart

Stuart - can’t you post a picture?

Of a black flute with six keys?

My camera’s at work. Looks EXACTLY like the one on his webpage. EXACTLY. I can post one later . . .

Stuart

This is a rare opportunity to get a top quality, fully-keyed flute for a good price with no wait.

Step right up folks, right this way…

John

Any serious offers will be considered!

This flute will go to eBay this weekend if it doesn’t sell in the next day or two.

Thanks for your consideration!
