Flute on cover for Obsession CDs 1-2

Kevin (or anyone who might know),

I have been meaning to ask this for a long time. If you look at the front of the CD booklet for the Wooden Flute Obsession CDs vol. 1-2, there’s a really interesting instrument just to the left of the “40 Artists, 85 Tunes, 1 Passion” little caption. (Or is it 41/86/1?) ANYway, the headjoint in question is creamy with dark stripes . . .

What the heck timber is that? Who made it, out of curiosity?

Thanks!

Stuart

That’s a Desi Seery Olive wood flute. There’s a photo at http://www.csagraphics.com/seery.htm . Click on the multi-flute image for a larger view.
