i am selling my 5 keyed african blackwood flute. it was hand painted (with vines and flowers) by a painter in england a year ago. i have used this flute during countless gigs, on a canadian tour and a european tour. it is very nice to play, with a lovely sound. i have only had it for 3 years, it is still in very good condition. here are some pictures, i hope they work, as i have never put pictures on here before! if they don’t work, i will keep trying. the flute will be sold for 800$ o.b.o. email me if you have any offers or questions. just wanted to let everyone know that the person who painted the flute can be found at www.summerware.co.uk if you’re interested. you can still clean it normally, i have several times and not done any damage to the paint at all.
love the paint idea! I have autographs all over my pipes, concertina, and I tried w.the flute (Matt Molloy’s) but it RUBBED OFF! Duh! shoulda used your man’s paint!
