Flute and Whistle workshop with Mike McHale

On October 1, in conjunction with the 2005 East Coast Tionól http://www.eastcoastpipers.com/, Mike McHale, http://www.east-durham.org/irishartsweek/index.htm ,will teach a day long workshop for flute and tin whistle at Furlong’s Pub in East Durham, NY. Mike is a popular teacher at the Catskill Irish Arts Week and is known for his vast repertoire of beautiful and unusual tunes. Registration fee for the workshop is $55 payable at the workshop. It is limited to intermediate and advanced students. The class will meet from 10 a.m. to noon and then again from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.. Students are welcome to participate in the other activities of the 2005 East Coast Tionól including sessions, concert (ticket price is separate), and general merrymaking from Friday night, September 30 through Monday morning, October 3, http://www.eastcoastpipers.com/details.html.
