FLOOK NEWS
Welcome to Flook News. This is very short notice, but for those of you with access to BBC 2 Northern Ireland, Flook will be on TV tonight!
The show is called Blas Ceoil and starts at 10pm. You can access it via Sky Digital in England, Scotland and Wales.
Alternatively, from tomorrow anyone can watch it online at http://www.bbc.co.uk/ni/blasceoil
Other late breaking news this month is that we have a mini festive tour of Ireland just confirmed, and coming up soon in early December.
The lads will be playing with young banjo/tenor guitar maestro, Damien O’Kane, who also stood in for Sarah on our Scottish tour in September.
The 7 dates are all listed below.
We are very excited about our first performance of 2008 at the mighty Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow; we are gathering many of the guests who recorded for us on Rubai and Haven for a one-off performance as the Flook Big Band. Thursday January 17th - not to be missed!
And finally, for anyone looking to book us for a gig, we have new UK representation by Alan Bearman Music.
We are absolutely delighted to be a part of his fine roster (http://www.alanbearmanmusic.co.uk/)
See you along the way,
Sarah, Brian, Ed and John Joe x
