Pati, if you will send me a snail mail address, I will be more than happy to send you a Clarke SweeTone D…seriously! Let me know if there’s quirky customs stuff I have to watch out for. Welcome to the ranks of us ever-lovin’ whistlers!

That’s nice of you, Dances. I think he’d really like that Clarke…
Mary

I believe…SHE’d really like that Clarke

Marry told ya… I’m a girl not a guy! ehhhhhh… what a day !

Good luck Pati! BTW-- once you get a bit better on the whistle, you will be surprised how many Polish/Slavic tunes can be played on this “Celtic” instrument.

paul, it sounds already familiar!!
and Anna you’re the greates welcome I’ve ever had  It’s really nice to be here!.

Welcome to the board and to the world of whistlers, Pati. Good luck with getting the whistles you want, and have LOTS of fun playing!

At this moment only my family has a lot of fun while me trying to play something_somehow_anyway…Kendra! But we have very funny afternoon… laughing all the time  My mother is very understanding and she’s laughing with her fingers crossed !

I find this statement charming! As the mother of 4 sons, I often find myself in that situation!
Mary

AWWWWWWW this is SO heartwarming. We could ALL send whistles. Remember hands across america…well this could be Like…WHISTLE across the world. We could send whistles to whistle free nations. YEAH YEAH THATS THE TICKET.

Would you like a Clarke or a Walton?

Aha!
Now we will see the point of the new Meg whistle, cheap enough to send to anyone, anywhere in the world. If each whistler on this board sent one whistle to someone who wanted one, somewhere in the world, we could double the number of whistlers in short order.

I feel a little bit embarrass dd… This post wasn’t intention to get whistles for free… Only Generation is possible to order for import in Poland.
Anna! Thank you very much for Clark its incredible nice from you side  and I’m happy to be with you here! When I only get it I’ll give my generation C to friend of mine that fancy irish music and love mine tin whistle:)
Astonishing, but I find it pretty please

Hopelessly addicted
Helplessly attracted
Chemically reacted
Naturally we acted

Im doin quite nice guys!!! its really good to know to have people to caunt on!!!.. feel secured! thanks!

Patti, I certainly didnt mean to embarras you or imply you were in ANYWAY asking for whistles. I was offering because I WANTED to. The types of whistle that we are talking about are very inexpensive here, and very easy to get. It was WONDERFUl to get to hear the great joy that you got from a whistle. I have only been playing a short while and am already not even playing the inexpensive ones…Your simple joy reminded me of when i first DISCOVERED the whistles and found I could get one for less than I make in one hour of work. The offer STILL stands. All you need do is send an address and I WILL send you a different whistle. AND I - I would enjoy the giving as much as you would enjoy the playing. It was a wonderful reminder to be thankful for the easy whistle access I have, and to not take the little things in life forgranted.

Debbie

BESIDES …YOU WILL NEED A D FOR THE IRISH STUFF!!!
