Has anyone invented a fingering for F natural WITHOUT half holing?
I really hate half holing.

Many makers will put a f-nat thumb hole for you on request
It is possible to build a whistle with a usable cross-fingered f-natural but it requires the compromise of the only f-sharp available also being cross-fingered.
This is how a recorder gets both notes in tune. In fact, if you do this, add a thumb hole, and add one more right-hand hole, you’ve pretty much re-invented the recorder.
