this _________ Tinwhistle can be considered the Stradivarius of tinwhistles
O.K. - ‘can be considered’ leaves a lot of wiggle room

The tone of the ________ Tinwhistle is clear and flute-like, but it is also described as “crisp and responsive” by Bill Ochs; and “husky and sensual” by Mary Bergin. All these descriptions add up to “chiff”.
Really?
The sum of clear, crisp, responsive, husky and sensual is “chiff” ?
Well that word would obviously be “Clarke”. I think it is part of their propaganda… er… marketing material. Of curse the context clues were quite obvious with Bill Ochs being a Clarke shill…er…I meant to say, endorser and representative. And there’s the use of the otherwise archaic word Tinwhistle. But why drag Mary Bergin into it?
As for the Stradivarious bit, I just can’t agree. I doubt we will be seeing syndicates form to capitalize and purchase an old Clarke whistle for future financial speculation any time soon. If they meant old and smelly, maybe.
Just so you know, my tongue was firmly planted in my cheek when I wrote that. Couldn’t find just the right emoticon. I would also like to think that was also the case with the folks at Clarke were similarly being cheeky with their blurbs.
