I also have a (Bernard) Overton I love and a Reyburn standard bore I like. I’m getting to like the Reyburn more as I get used to the offset holes so, in a few months, who knows?
On my wish list for low Ds would be a Grinter (my low F is a killer, a serial killer I suspect), a Burke composite and a Le Coant. Thanks Santa, that will do for this year.

You are right, the whistler was lacking oomph. Dynamic and recharged now. Keep building the collection so I can do those YLCs more justice another day .
