Mark Twain said, “It is a wise child that knows its own father, and an unusual one that unreservedly approves of him.” This is probably true to some extent, but fatherhood is an important and sacred thing. Firstly, it is a following of the oldest commandment, “be fruitful and multiply,” but also it is the very center of civilization that the young should be brought up by caring and thoughtful parents.
