Just a quick post that deserves public attention. I had a low G from Nick Metcalf at Ethnicwind, and the tip of the copper mouthpiece (Ceol Pro) was starting to tarnish. Prompt communication, and I mailed it to him.
About a week later, it was shipped back to me (at his expense, repair was free), at it is BETTER than new. Looks and sounds better than before (which was already amazing) and has a cool new design lathed into the upper section.
So not only are the whistles great, but the service is as well, which is a consideration when buying a nice instrument.
