Ever try an Alba Flute?/Or a Kerry(Chieftain)?

Hi folks,
I just listened to a clip by Mick Woodruff on the flute Clips and Snips page.
He was playing an Alba tenor G. Here’s the link to the clip:

I also read that Kerry(edited) made a flute a while back, anyone have experience with that one?

No, it is a flute! Stacey lists them on her website.

She describes them as “student model” flutes.

I’m guessing they’re cylindrical, but I’ve never heard anything about them other than “they exist”.

I just found an old Hobgoblin web page that listed a Kerry aluminum flute in D from the makers of Chieftain whistles for 95GBP. Anyone have experience with this one?
