Yeah, that’s me, scaring the glacier away.

By the way, the Alaska Folk Festival in Juneau was great fun – I highly recommend it. This year was my first time there, and I’m eager to go back.

I don’t think you can wait long enough to see if the glacier is advancing or retreating but it is a great picture!

Looks like everybody had a lot of fun. I kayaked Alaska in 1988 from Juneau to Prince Rupert British Columbia. It was trip of a life time and I sooo want to go back there!
