Since the](http://news.ft.com/cms/s/40e6b0e0-d28a-11d9-bead-00000e2511c8.html%22%3Ethe) Euro is sinking so dramatically in response to recent events, it might be a good time for anyone on the American side of the ocean to order flutes from European makers. Just a thought, which I hope isn’t out of line. After all, it isn’t like you would be paying them less euros.
You should have ordered your flute 2 years ago, when 1$ was 0.9€!!
That was a bargain for US musicians!
No doubt. I’m still kicking myself for not getting a Hamilton or flute of that ilk back when it would have only been about $650 USD. I still made out OK at $750 USD on my blackwood flute by Ward so I don’t feel AS foolish.
