Looks like a zampogna - Italian bagpipes - particularly associated with Christmas.
looks more like half an innertube off a tyre, wonder if that would work for bellows
(have I posted here before? Don’t think so. Well I do not play uilleann pipes. But plan to next summer? Maybe? Or whenever I get a job again. So I stalk you people.)

The Signore in question is indeed performing on the 25" Zampogna molise, cant tell if its got the E/Eb modificatzione, unfortunately his bag is a bus tube, disguised as a goat, (he’ll be in for major moisture problems come january!)

He’s a good zampognaro, although I would do Stille Nacht some other way. (My ciaramellist hates it.) Maybe in the key of A on uilleann, segue-ing into ‘Away in a manger’. Va Bene!
