I’m having a hard time trying to keep anything long enough to list on Ebay!

Then you are doing well with those nice looking chanters of yours Mike.

David

This listing of UP parts had me wondering.

The seller says Pakistani parts, but the chanter doesn’t look like a bog standard Mid east 3 keyed chanter i.e.

Is it a Brittonised one?

David

Brendan Ring Boxwood D chanter

Not certain, but I do not see that it really matters. Probably wise to stand clear of all Pakistani made UPs… even Tim can only do so much to fix 'em.

Galloway concert pitch full set. Looks like Ferris’s set.

Hi PJ

You are right, it is Ferris selling them.

David

can anyone offer comment on the Lynch practise set?
thanks for any input

Hi Pipewatcher

Looks OK to me, but why that one? the O’Grady practice set is cheaper and the chanter has more keys, plus the seller has a much more comprehensive track record on ebay.

David

another online friend was asking about it actually . i was wondering if anyone knew more about this instrument and could offer anyhting to support the sellers claim that it is made by Lynch
