Yet another galactic entity in need of Visine.
I’m looking for a tower under it, but not finding it.
I’ve always loved nebulas.
We taxpayers spend billions on observatories that can’t even eliminate red-eye! 
I’ve read too much Tolkien.
My first thought was of the Lidless Eye of the Enemy.
