I’m watching a set of Dunfion Switchback polypenco Scottish smallpipes on EBay. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260210556602
I was wondering whether anyone had tried these and whether they would recommend them for a beginner. At £160 (not auction), I realise that I cannot expect a great set of pipes, but I would like to know before committing to buying them that they are at least musically viable.
Opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks Aaron. I tried searching on ‘Dunfion’ and didn’t get any results - didn’t think of trying ‘Switchback’ 
Anyway, it sounds like they’re good value.
