I have a problem with the Drone Switch on my Andreas Rogge plumwood D full set.
The small screw bolt holding the brass switch becomes loose. (I can still play the pipes with no leaks)
I can tighten it but after playing the pipes and turning the drone switch on or
off a few times it loosen again. The bolt has no nut as it did not have one.
What should I do next get a nut part or put a wee bit of super glue on
bolt/hole.

A small drop of wax? It would be easier to remove than superglue, if ever you had to disassemble the part.
I’ve never tried this on a drone switch (I’ve never even touched a drone switch), but I’ve had good luck putting either a tiny bit of Teflon tape or a drop of epoxy (something less stout than superglue) on loose screws and slippery flute-key pins.
I believe in Teflon tape. I even use it on … plumbing! 
Maybe you ought to contact Mr. Rogge and alert him of your issue and perhaps solicit a solution from him. Couldn’t hurt, I don’t think.

I would use finger nail polish(clear) on the end of
the screw after you have put it together.
I don’t keep super glue in the same room as my pipes.

Is it a screw or a nut/bolt? (both terms have been used so far)
If its a nut and bolt, replace the nut with a lock nut. It’s got some polymer on the inside of the nut so it locks in place when tightened. Works on my drone valve.

you can either put a nut, size M2, on the screw
or use a drop of contact cement.
We use Loctite threadlocker because it doesn’t lock the thread
permanently.
I would advice against superglue because there is a danger that the screw
breaks
should you once have to remove it.

Working in an eyeglass dispensary for years, I will say that it is NEVER and I mean N-E-V-E-R ok to use super glue, nail polish, epoxy, contact cement, or any form of adhesive on a threaded item E-V-E-R if you hope to ever be able to remove it cleanly again.
A liquid or dry threadlock compound can be very useful, as can teflon tape when used properly.
