Does the panel agree with the assumption that if a pipemaker can make a chanter that plays in tune has a nice tone and is finished well that he probably can make good drones and regulaters and then what qualities apart from being in tune make good regulaters
There are a lot of other skills required to make a full set as oppsed to just a chanter. I’d say that if a maker is interested enough to make a good instrument they will.
