Does anyone have the sheet music or abc’s for the opening theme for Treasure Island, it’s preformed by The Chieftains. It is very beautiful piece and I would love to learn it.

It is the one with Chuck Heston. Not the muppet version.
The muppet version was a classic, though.

Which muppet do you think did the best job of acting?
Haven’t seen the score but I know the song was on the Chieftains’ 1991 “Reel Music: The Film Scores” on RCA/BMG. And the 1996 “Film Cuts” on RCA. Good Luck.

YES! I love the soundtrack to that movie! I first saw it YEARS ago in 8th grade. That was my first intro to the Chieftains, although i didn’t know until a long time later.
Thanks for reminding me. Give me a few days and I’ll have the music figured out and posted in abc.
