Does anyone have the two Phil Brown’s low whistle CDs or heard them? There is a link to Phil Brown’s site from C&F and I wonder if his CDs are any good? I have never seen him mentioned on the board.

I have all three of Phil Brown’s CD’s. The two with his name on and one called ‘Celtic Moon’, which doesn’t have his name on, but features phil on Low and high whistles (mainly Overtons’). The first two also have brass instruments - cornet and trumpet etc - which are a ‘homage’ to Phil’s early days in English brass bands. He is a fine instrumentalist and the music on all three CD’s is haunting and very listenable.
I sell his music, but I’m also a fan.
