What if the animals really do talk on Christmas eve?
I’m do not know of any such happening, nor would I be disposed to discuss any such happening if such happening happened.
I think mine talk all the time.
I’m pretty sure that some mynah birds and African grey parrots do.
My doggie is always a’talking…often when it isn’t about anything in particular.
Just based on the title of the thread, I was going to reply “Not if I don’t absolutely have to.”

How do we know they don’t? Maybe they just don’t deem us worthy of conversation…(maybe they’ve read too many of our posts here on C&F)

Yeah, the Far Side cartoons were the best.
BTW, I know that Kaylee the dog can talk. It’s just that everything has been hunky dorey in her little world and she hasn’t felt compelled to express her opinion.

talking about talking (pun?) animals, anybody here like “The Chronicles of Narnia” ? Talking beasts are some wonderful things. 
Will the beloved animals be given the ability to talk in heaven ?
