Definitions Please: When is a noob no longer a noob?

I’ve sat on a bench, and now with whistle in hand, I’ll sit on a bench again (maybe not a bench marked)

Have all whistlers just whistled, or have they “bugled” like an elk or moose as well? Why can’t the worlds be happy? (I’ve enjoyed bugling)

May I open another door for comment? I’ll take the liberty… as this is poststructural terra firma. My “approach” to whistling… while may be a**backwards, however, …it gets you in. I was curious because I have watched “BraveHeart” more than once, and Wallace seems to turn and bend. How does that play? Is there an ABC notation? Has anyone else begun this way? And is it Celtic throughout? Is it bugling? (there are so many questions to learning) Oh, the complexity… and sophistication

When the word “behemoth” sends you screaming from your computer, you may peel off the label. If you know not of what I speak…well then.

Awwwww… that’s so cute!

Wear the n00b label with pride.
Asking ‘when do we get there’ implies that you don’t understand the journey.
(No offense intended.)

I figure that the turning point could be when you become session worthy.
Could be one year for the talented or 5 years, or never, depends dunnit.
I know I’m a ways off, the more I play and listen the more I see how long the road is.
No destination in sight here, n00b out.

There are the cheap Sherrys that most 'Muricans know it as cooking alkyhal.
But, like anything, you can have a mighty fine drop of Sherry.
And good stuff is never cheap.

Oh. I’m enjoying the journey!
I figure I’ll ascend to neeb-hood* when I can master the Mist Covered Mountains
