Darren Breslin

Squeezebox & Harmonica

Hi

I’m a flute player who plays a B/C (not well).
I came across Darren Breslin on the comhaltas site. This guy is great - what a beautiful style of playing.
On the Bloom of Youth 23/07/2003 here (about half way through):-

he mentions a forthcoming CD. After searching I’ve found no trace, anyone heard of this CD??

These are the comhaltas video clips

Darren is indeed a fantastic box player, and a great fella. I have had the pleasure of having many tunes with him, and grew up with him. He is now living in London.

The CD that he mentioned was never finished. Most of the tracks are laid down, but a lack of finances has so far halted the production of this CD. It is a great mi-fortune, and what i have heard, it would be a fantastic CD
