Creepy audio

I confess; I have this sudden desire to hear “Whistle Punk Pete”. And whoever he is, Whistle Punk Pete should be a member of this board.

But that’s the not the creepiest: These are the creepiest:

It’s half hidden by his mom’s knees, but the youngest boy in this photo is wearing lederhosen.

Although this one’s not far behind:

Yeah. And a man who can level an entire hillside, at that. So there.

“It’s like this kid–fix your hair like your ma’s and you’ll never have to worry about it. On the
plus side, we’re bequeathing you the toilet-bowl planter in our will.”

I think it’s safe to say, based on the crowd density, that Dr. & Mrs. J.C. Willke have discovered the wonder of sex.
Perhaps they’ve also discovered the wonder of ritalin.

(This album sub-titled: 50 Ways to say ‘So Long, Farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, Goodnight.’
Which would explain the lederhosen.)

I bet they grew up to become this:

And we’ll never find out whether head blows up.

(the caption on the site I found this at is “Disco’s Greatest T!ts!”, which is too good to pass up.)

And who knows what’s going on here:

I’m guessing she’s being probed. :poke:

Looks a little like my family, wrong ages on the girls though. When I was growing up almost one half of the pews in our church could have been taken up by two families during Mass, two brothers with thirteen each. Several of the older kids had already started their own families before their younger sibs were in fourth grade. Even at that rate of reproduction the church had their final Mass two weeks ago, it’s for sale, cheap.

Where on earth did you find those?

I have to say I am a little surprised. Judging by the photos, I am guessing that these are recordings from the mid 60’s; a time where talking to your daughters about the wonders of sex was not a thing folks did… let alone record on a record album and sold to the public. :open_mouth:

I’d have to say this does rate high on my ‘creep factor’ scale.

That reminds me, they are trying to remake Barbarella (still in the planning phase).

Why do they have Patti Smith’s “Horses” cover included? What’s so odd about it?

Well, if it’s any comfort, it took 20 years to bring Watchmen to the screen. :astonished:

djm

Some of their friends are not in this picture.

I wondered the same thing. There are quite a few weird choices. If they think the cover of Horses is odd, they should see some of Robert Mapplethorpe’s other photos.

I wish I could get my hair all bouffanty like that.

Lacquer.

I hadn’t thought of that. Brilliant idea. Simon!

Woah, I must find more Buzz Martin covers!

“I See Men as Trees Walking”??? Doesn’t he
cut down trees with chainsaws?!

Kind of gives you a bit of an unwanted insight into his psyche, doesn’t it? :boggle:

His sideburns already tell me enough about that…

I’ll bet they were considered quite dashing at one time

I don’t think it’s a bouffant. I think it disguises the truth–that she was one of the aliens in Mars Attacks.
