This is a new model with new ergonomic finger hole layout, the most comfortable I’ve tried yet, suitable for medium to large hand sizes. It has an additional C nat thumb hole, if you don’t like it just tape it over, but I think it is well worth it to use it. Strong tone, strong bottom notes and easy top notes, smooth finger holes, tapered and curved windway, bore restriction for better octave tuning, corked tuning slide, light weight thin (1.2mm) aluminium tubing. The latest and best of my low D whistle development. Includes strong denim bag.
2. High D - £100 (ca. $160, €124) including international shipping.
This is my standard high D model, 6 finger holes (no thumb hole), 13mm bore, corked tuning slide, smooth finger holes. A quality D whistle with strong bottom notes and easy high notes.
3. C / D whistle combo set - £130 (ca. $208, €161) including international shipping.
This is my standard high C whistle with additional D body, giving you two whistles on a budget: a standard C whistle and a slightly wide bore D whistle. 14mm bore, corked tuning slide, smooth finger holes, strong tone, strong bottom end and easy high notes.

Some news from my workshop:
I’ve added new thin walled Bb and A models, using box ears as my low whistles for a stronger tone.
With these my whole range of keys uses thin wall aluminium tubing (1.0 to 1.2mm), in eight different bore sizes for a range of 15 keys from high E to low C.
The high whistles from E to B do not need the added box ears, as the thickness of the beak tubing is sufficient.
This year has been good in refining my models, introducing a number of improvements, like tapered windways, bore restrictions on low whistles for better octave tuning and balance, changes in hole sizes for improving high notes, and experimenting with more ergonomic hole layouts. It feels like having reached a point in my whistle making, where I am confident in creating customised whistles and a large range of standard whistles of very high quality. All feedback has been very positive. I just hope my whistles will get known a bit better and orders pick up in these difficult economic times, to help the business side of things.
