I think it’s been two years or more since Peter last worked his magic with mackhooverwhistles.com
I miss him, but I also miss his expertise with webmastery.
It’s web-mystery to me, but I am on the case. If you go there you’ll notice a couple of things.
Maybe three or four or more. There are some changes in policies and prices, some things removed, some things replaced, some things that need to be, and some other things being changed and some that need to be.

Some things haven’t changed.
I still make whistles one at a time and and try my best to please.
I don’t volunteer much advise unless asked directly, but I respond to all PM’s and email messages that reach me.
And I check the message boards daily.
I write poetry, but don’t publish it often.
I make and repair other instruments than whistles, mostly related to the banjo and other strings.
I like to make things of practical or artistic nature from things I find. And I look a lot…
And in spare time, when not reading, get in a few other activities. Like playing music, gardening, watching television and going to church. No golf, no boats, no atv’s, no fishing, and no hot cars.
And at 74 I forget what else.
Oh Yes, our first great grand son was born last week. Jacob. That was my grandpa’s name. I don’t thinks that’s why, I just think they liked the name.
I go under a few other handles: Makeover, Just a Whim, Old Codger, and it’s Irish version O’Codger. Mack Hoover and it’s Scottish version MacHoover and just plain Mack

There, I think that does it for a while.
Than!<s!
Mac!<

Mack Congratulations. That is great news. I hope you get to enjoy the great grand son and that you will still be around to be a great, great grand dad .
