Well, a while ago I posted about being able to tweak Whistles by request. Since no one asked I decided recently to start on my own. Right now I have Walton’s Little Black Whisltes I have a couple ready to sell and go on tour they are $20 each and tour participants will recieve a special price. Why just LBW’s? Are those particularly in need of tweaking, or take to tweaking really well, or what?
What do you bring to the table that would make me want to buy one? Any promotional jargon you’d like to share?
A whistle tour allows a player to try the whistle in their home. 
I’m well aware of that. Just trying to help Unseen with some promotion, by pointing out that there has been none.

I’ve had several dealings with Avery (Unseen). We’ve done a lot of swapping off and on and I’ve found him toi be an honest and decent fellow true to his word.

LBWs are one model of Whistles that Jerry Freeman does not usually do (altough he would probably so one in a custom order), I can easily obtain these in bulk, and most of them need quite a bit of tweaking. So after working on a few of these whistles I have noticed that they are true to the Walton’s Sharp low D (also the G is usually sharp) so I have fixed this problem by sharpening the other notes espcially the F# and C# which were way way flat any way. I also use a small piece of foam instead of blue tak I find that it gives the whistle a more complex sound. I also do most of the classic tweaks such as the guitar pick in the wind way and the slight dulling of the blade and cleaning out plastic burs. So in the end you get a breathy sound with a slight edge but more on the pure side with a medium amount of back pressure (more than a Sindt less than a Black Diamond way less than a Bleazey) I have noticed that some of the Chiff is lost with the tweak but not all of it, in truth I have not had any problem whatsoever with clogging I think that is due to the way I put in the Guitar Pick as I angle the sides to make it like a curved windway.
Almost forget, C natural is OXXXOX (prior to the tuning it was OXOOOO). That what you had in mind?

I’m glad that you’re tweaking LBW’s (I like the sound) but I hope it takes you less time than my LBW tweaks. Takes me forever.

Chiffed, notice it is a US and Canada tour. I can get about two per hour two at a time as I let the glue set in the mouthpiece while I work on the other then the tuning which takes a while but it is getting quicker with each one. I will get a PM to you and fearfaoin.
